I am a student at Ellesmere College. This is a place where I will be able to share my learning with you. Please note....some work won't be edited - just my first drafts, so there may be some surface errors. I would love your feedback, comments, thoughts and ideas.
Kia ora Nick, Good work on your superpowers, I would love to be able to fly as well, imagine the freedom you would have up in the sky. I guess you would have to watch out for airplanes and try not to crash into them. Would it be fair to have super strength and speed and then use it playing rugby against people with normal strength? Would it be fun or get boring? How could you use your super speed for good? Nga mihi, Dad
Kia ora Nick, this is Kieryn from the Summer Learning Journey. What an awesome job you have done creating this list of superpowers you would most like to have for a day! Super speed would be a great power to have, especially if you are using it to get better at sports. I can only imagine how fast you would be running around with a rugby ball, although I don’t think that it would be a fair game! Travelling to Australia through flight powers would be such an incredible experience! You would be able to slow down along the way and look at the stunning sights, or if you were mixing your flight powers with your super speed, you could travel insanely fast and get to your cousins house in no time! I see that you have mentioned rugby a couple of times in your post. Do you play rugby? If so, are you a part of a rugby team, or do you enjoy playing it by yourself? Nga mihi
Please structure you comments as follows: Positive - Telling Nick he did something well Thoughtful - A sentence to let Nick know you actually read/watched or listened to what they had to say Helpful - Give Nick ideas for next time or Ask a question you want to know more about
